- The proxy buys the item and receives it at a Korean address.

- You choose international shipping and pay the second-stage cost.
The main benefit is assistance with the purchase itself. The downside is that returns become difficult once the proxy has accepted the item or shipped it abroad. Ask what happens if the Korean retailer sends the wrong size, the item arrives damaged or the product sells out after payment.
Route 3: Use a Korean Parcel Forwarder
A forwarder gives you a Korean delivery address. You place and pay for the order yourself, the Korean store sends it to the warehouse, and the forwarder sends it internationally.
This works best when the retailer accepts your payment but does not ship to your country. It can also help combine several Korean orders into one international parcel.
