For a commercial inquiry, first read our Korean fashion sourcing and live-commerce support guide, then include enough detail to separate a real sourcing request from a general product question:
- Destination: country or sales region
- Products: brands, categories, photos or model codes
- Quantity: expected units per model and whether mixed styles are acceptable
- Timing: purchasing deadline, Korea travel dates or planned live-stream date
- Documents: invoice, packing list or other records your business may require

Choose the Correct Request Type
Using one of the formats below helps us understand the request quickly. Copy the relevant fields into your email and replace the examples with your own information.
1. Individual product question
- Subject: Shopper question — brand and model code
- Country: where you want to buy or receive the item
- Product: brand, name, model code, color and size
- Question: the one or two facts you need checked
- Evidence: clear product and tag photographs or a retailer link
2. Wholesale sourcing request
- Subject: Wholesale inquiry — destination and product category
- Business: retailer, online seller, buying group or other buyer type
- Products: exact model codes or a clearly defined category
- Quantity: units per model and expected total order
- Destination and timing: country, target purchase date and required delivery period
- Substitutions: whether different colors, sizes or comparable models are acceptable
